In a country where even Christians are leaving derogatory comments about the work God is doing through the Experience Concert which held its recent edition on Friday, 7th of December, 2018, a Muslim has come forward with an unusual remark.
The Experience 2018 which was tagged “Jesus Our Peace” held at the Tafawa Balewa square, Lagos Island and had Planet Shakers, Kirk Franklin, Don Moen, Tim Godfrey, Eben, Ada, Tope Alabi, Chioma Jesus and more on the line up.
A certain Muslim Lagosian, Abdullateef Jausman, who lives close to the venue tweeted about the event and he is getting so much love online.
According to the Twitter user, the concert was so loud that he could feel the impact right in his room on his bed, but what he tweeted astounded the Nigerian social media!
Rather than get angry and rant due to the ‘disturbance’ coming from a religion that isn’t his, he embraced the beauty of the music and also the theme of the concert “Jesus our Peace”.

“The music is so loud that I can feel it right here on my bed… This is lit, proud Muslim but a wonderful feeling… we are all one blood. Jesus our peace y’all!” – he tweeted.
Twitter has since applauded him, noting that we need more people like this in the country to foster peace, unity and religious tolerance.
