Evang. Ngozi B.Chukwudebelum hails from Agbor community of Delta state Nigeria, born on April 1st 1969. She’s also from Anambra state maritally, She attended Oheze Baptist Girl’s High School in Delta State Agbor, she also went to Ogun State University Ago Iwoye where she had her Diploma in Law and finally later attended University of Jos Plateau State.
