“When we think about waiting on God, not too much about it is appealing,” said Armond. “Though scripture tells us that waiting produces renewal, the idea of it can be discouraging. That wait might be a while. Maybe we’re waiting on something we’ll ultimately never get. But I felt like God wanted to create this song through me to give us a different perspective on waiting. That waiting on God is a privilege, it’s an honor, and even if the end result isn’t what we may want, the process of the wait produces attributes within us that we otherwise couldn’t get.”
