More as a song is an expression of a deep longing for more of Jesus, more of His love, more of His power because without more of Him it will definitely be more of something else which will limit us accessing heaven.
For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. Titus 2:11, Salvation is freely given.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Eph.2:8
So if you don’t seek more of Jesus, if you don’t seat on His feet daily to learn to enable you grow, this free salvation will be a waste.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Phil.2:12.
