About Artiste
Mayowa Ipinyomi (born September 1st, 1982) is a Nigerian Gospel music singer,songwriter, who hails from Olle Bunu/Kabba Bunu L.G.A of Kogi State. He is the third born of the family of four children. He began singing in church at the age of eighteen. He got born again as a teenager at the age of fourteen and spent his
teenage years singing with a number of gospel groups and ensembles.
He attended Ebonyi State University, where he studied Computer Science and is presently working as a Software Engineer and System Analyst in an ICT company in Abuja.
Mayowa has always been a member of the choir serving in different capacities as Praise and worship Team Leader, Assistant Music Director, and Music Director and has been privileged to minister on the same stage with great gospel music ministers in Nigeria. His first debut track is titled Aladewura. He is happily married to the love of his life, Bar. Olubukunola O. Ipinyomi Over the years he has always been a fan of Marvin Sapp (to the extent that he was nicknamed Mayor Sapp), Fred Hammond, Darwin Hobbs, Sammie Okposo, Tosin Ajolore, Soji Israel and Eben to mention a few.
