Abuja-based female Nigerian gospel jazz singer, songwriter, and recording artiste, Rita Meroh, drops a new EP project tagged, “Love Chronicles.”
The love-themed three(3)-track project is “all about love, capturing the essence of this beautiful and universal emotion.” It highlights the heartfelt lyrics, captivating melodies, and the way music explores the different facets of love.
In the song, Rita says; “This is inspired by God. I was led to do a love-based EP.”
“The Holy Spirit told me love has been misinterpreted in this generation. It has become sexualised, and materialised, and the beauty, truth and simplicity of it are gradually fading.
This was my inspiration for the songs in this EP.” – She concludes.
The EP is accompanied by the visual to the single, “Maria.”
