After a brief hiatus from the music scene, minister Joshua Oyetunde is back with a new sound. Making his birthday is a sound that’s new and fresh. The new sound is part of a series of a live recording project coming soon in an album project.
Speaking about the new song, Joshua said, the Lord gave me the melody to Psalm 40:1-3 many years ago. As at then, it was just a verse of the Bible turned to song. Over the years, I’ve been through many pit experiences. The Lord however, brought me out with a mighty hand that clearly shows he’s at work.
It is my belief and prayer that at the sound of this song, your pit-experience terminates in the name of Jesus.
Chorus
He has put a new song in my mouth,
A song of praise unto our God,
Many will see and they will fear,
And put their trust in the Lord.
Bridge
It’s a new beginning,
I’m singing a new song,
It’s a new beginning,
I’m singing healing,
It’s a new beginning
I’m singing a new song
Oluwa to gbe mi ga (The Lord has lifted me)
I’m singing increase
It’s a new beginning,
I’m singing a new song,
See me, see me mo n fa ko si (see me as I brag)

He established my steps,

He placed my feet upon the rock,
He established my steps,
Hu…. Hu… Hu
